These Terms of Service govern your use of Stellarr’s website, forms, creator submissions, campaign inquiries, content, and other services provided through Stellarr. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or services.

1. Use of Stellarr

You may use Stellarr’s website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or information, or use Stellarr in a way that could harm Stellarr, its creators, clients, partners, or other users.

Stellarr may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time.

2. Creator Submissions and Opportunities

If you submit creative work, portfolio links, social media profiles, applications, or other materials to Stellarr, you represent that you have the right to submit those materials and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.

You retain ownership of the work you submit. By submitting materials to Stellarr, you give us permission to review, store, and internally share those materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate you for campaigns, collaborations, creator opportunities, or inclusion in the Stellarr creator network.

Submission does not guarantee selection, representation, employment, compensation, or participation in any campaign or opportunity. Any paid engagement, usage rights, deliverables, deadlines, or other project-specific terms will be governed by a separate agreement between the applicable parties.

3. Brand Campaigns and Client Services

Brands, agencies, and other clients may contact Stellarr regarding creator campaigns, commercial production, creative services, partnerships, or related projects. Any project scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, usage rights, revisions, approvals, or other commercial terms will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, agreement, invoice, or other written arrangement.

Information provided through an inquiry form, email, call, or other communication is for evaluation and discussion purposes only and does not create a binding obligation for Stellarr to accept, perform, or complete any project.

Stellarr may decline any project or opportunity at its discretion.

4. Payments, Fees, and Billing

If you purchase services from Stellarr, you agree to pay all fees, charges, and amounts described in the applicable proposal, invoice, agreement, or other written arrangement.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Zoho or other payment processors. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that payments are made on time.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once work has begun or services have been provided. Any deposits, retainers, cancellation fees, late fees, or other payment terms will be governed by the applicable project agreement or invoice.

Stellarr may suspend or delay services if required payments are not received when due.

5. Intellectual Property and Site Content

Unless otherwise stated, the content on Stellarr’s website, including its branding, logos, graphics, text, design, layout, videos, photographs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Stellarr and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or otherwise use Stellarr’s website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by law.

Content submitted by creators remains owned by the creator or applicable rights holder unless otherwise agreed in writing. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of creator-submitted work to Stellarr.

If Stellarr creates original work for a client, ownership, licensing, usage rights, and delivery terms will be governed by the applicable project agreement, proposal, or statement of work.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

Stellarr’s website and services may include links to, integrations with, or functionality provided by third-party platforms and service providers, including scheduling tools, payment processors, analytics providers, social media platforms, email services, and other external websites or applications.

Stellarr does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and policies provided by the applicable third party.

Links to third-party websites or services do not necessarily constitute an endorsement by Stellarr.

7. Disclaimers

Stellarr provides its website and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellarr makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website, its content, creator opportunities, campaign outcomes, business results, or the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

Stellarr does not guarantee that any creator will be selected for a campaign, that any campaign will achieve a particular number of views, followers, sales, conversions, revenue, or other performance result, or that the website or services will operate without interruption or error.

Any examples, projections, estimates, case studies, performance figures, or other results shown on the website are for informational or illustrative purposes unless expressly identified as actual verified results.

Your use of the website and services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellarr and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website, services, creator opportunities, campaigns, third-party services, or these Terms.

This includes, without limitation, damages relating to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, or other intangible losses, even if Stellarr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent Stellarr is found liable for any claim arising from or related to the website or services, Stellarr’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Stellarr, if any, in connection with the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stellarr and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

If you submit content, creative work, portfolio materials, or other information to Stellarr, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit and share those materials.

10. Termination and Suspension

Stellarr may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any portion of its website or services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the website, engaged in unlawful activity, failed to make required payments, or otherwise acted in a way that could harm Stellarr, its clients, creators, partners, or other users.

You may stop using Stellarr’s website or services at any time. Termination or suspension does not eliminate any payment obligations, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, indemnification obligations, or other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to Stellarr’s website, services, or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and Stellarr agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms or Stellarr’s services will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Illinois, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or injunctive relief when necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or other legal rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

Stellarr may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, legal requirements, or other operational needs.

When changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Stellarr’s website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
